Diane has an extensive and successful career in the field of organization effectiveness, leadership development and training. She has diverse experience working with many different industries including Fortune 100 companies, a wireless infrastructure start up organization, a major energy utility and local city government. This breadth and depth has her rooted in the realities of business challenges and changes. Diane holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Education and a Bachelor’s in Education.
She brings a great passion for enhancing people’s abilities to reach higher quality decisions and outcomes through helping leaders and individuals work more effectively. Providing leaders with the tools to tap into their strengths and talents to effectively achieve results. Utilizing expert facilitation, coaching and consulting has made her keenly aware of the barriers to performance. Her specialties are working with teams facing high-stakes challenges that require top performance from each team member and guiding individuals to fulfill their potential.
Mark A. Florio
A respected team leader, consultant, and entrepreneur, he has consistently been tasked to lead high profile and high priority organizational projects. His wide range of experience includes education, government, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Mark holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science/Public Policy and has held positions as a Chamber Board of Advisers member, a city policy task force member, and has served on various civic boards.
Mark’s primary role as adviser and business development manager ensures our clients receive high quality services and results. He provides consultation on the appropriate solutions for the given need and cultivates a positive working relationship.
His strength as a connector highlights his ability to identify, assemble and mobilize cross functional teams coupled with his leadership experiences makes him effective in offering practical solutions to real challenges being faced.
